My Personal Coaching Philosophy.
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that we can create more peaceful and enlightened world through sexual wellness. I want to help my clients – adult individuals, couples, and groups – come into a better understanding of their sexual selves and intimate relationships, heal from sexual trauma, and eradicate sexual shame.
In addition to my coaching certification, I hold a Master of Science degree in Mind-Body Medicine and a PhD in Humanistic, Existential, and Transpersonal Psychology. It is from this solid and diverse base that I support my clients in a safe and non-judgmental space.
Sexuality is a part of human existence. Sexuality is a part of our lives from the day we are born to the day we die. My Coaching is open to ALL PEOPLE. I work with individuals, couples, and poly pods. I am a Kink-knowledgeable coach and an LQBTQA ally.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is wellness oriented and often short-term. It is designed to hone in on your natural strengths and reveal your own truth to help move you toward your highest potential. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is not about diagnosing or “fixing” people. Coaching provides a safe space and positive encouragement for self exploration without diagnosis. Together, through a client-coach alliance, we will define your goals and identify your obstacles. As your coach, I will help you find positive resources and build or enhance the appropriate skill sets for uncovering your authentic self.
What is a Certified Sex Coach?
