This four-part progressive series is designed for people who want to expand their orgasmic capacity, improve sexual health, and cultivate full-body pleasure. Rather than focusing on performance or achieving ejaculation, this series explores erogenous pleasure zones, how to separate orgasm from ejaculation, how to access multiple forms of orgasm safely, intentionally, and sustainably, and how to have multiple orgasms in a single pleasure session.
What You’ll Learn
Across four progressive sessions, participants will explore:
The science and physiology of orgasm
How arousal, orgasm, and ejaculation are distinct processes
Understanding the role of the nervous system, breath, and pelvic floor
Expanded orgasmic states & non-ejaculatory orgasms
Non-ejaculatory orgasms - techniques & holds to achieve them!
Prostate and anal orgasms
Full-body and energy orgasms
How sensitivity and awareness unlock new pleasure pathways
Pelvic floor health and sexual vitality
Pelvic floor anatomy for people with male genitals
Strengthening and relaxing pelvic muscles
Exercises that support libido, erection quality, stamina, and orgasm intensity
Why This Series Is Different
This is not a performance-based or goal-oriented program. Instead, this series emphasizes exploring the landscape of pleasure available through nervous system regulation and self-exploration.
You will be taught the techniques to practice at home in order to become multi-orgasmic, and multiple sessions to allow space for trouble shooting and ongoing support.
All practices are taught within a trauma-informed, consent-centered, and shame-free framework.
