This four-part progressive series is designed for people born with vulvas/female genital anatomy who want to expand their orgasmic capacity, improve sexual health, and cultivate full-body pleasure. Rather than focusing on performance, this series explores erogenous pleasure zones and how to access multiple types of orgasm safely, intentionally, and sustainably.

The science and physiology of orgasm
The anatomy of arousal, and the physiology of orgasm

Pelvic floor health and sexual vitality
Pelvic floor anatomy for people with female genitals
Strengthening and relaxing pelvic muscles
Exercises that support libido, address vaginal pain /dryness/discomfort, and increase orgasm intensity
Why This Series Is Different
This is not a performance-based or goal-oriented program. Instead, this series emphasizes exploring the landscape of pleasure available through nervous system regulation and self-exploration.
You will be taught the techniques to practice at home in order to become multi-orgasmic, and multiple sessions to allow space for trouble shooting and ongoing support.
All practices are taught within a trauma-informed, consent-centered, and shame-free framework.
