Move beyond thinking. Come home to the body. Awaken pleasure as presence.
This six-session tantric movement series is an invitation to drop out of the mind and into deep embodied awareness through rhythmic, intuitive, and meditative movement. Drawing from tantra, somatic practices, and embodiment, this class is less about learning concepts and more about direct experience—feeling, sensing, and inhabiting the body fully.
While it may resemble a yoga class in structure, the emphasis is not on alignment, poses, or achieving a specific pose or shape. Instead, this series focuses on awakening the pelvis, settling into a relaxed state, cultivating a deep sense of body awareness, and strengthening your relationship with the sensual through movement meditation.
The Focus of This Series
This class is designed to help participants:
Reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom and presence
Awaken the pelvis and sacral (sexual/creative) energy center
Release stored tension, numbness, and holding patterns in the body and pelvis
Cultivate and expand grounded pleasure, vitality, and flow
Experience movement as meditation rather than performance
Each class offers a guided yet spacious movement journey, allowing participants to follow sensation, breath, and internal rhythm rather than external choreography.
A Journey Through the Elements
Over six sessions, we will move progressively through the elements as archetypal and somatic experiences:
Earth: Grounding, weight, safety, and support
Water: Fluidity, sensuality, and emotional flow
Fire: Activation, vitality, and inner heat
Air: Expansion, breath, and lightness
Space: Expansiveness, our ability to hold our human experience.
This elemental arc supports both nervous system regulation and energetic awakening of the medicinal qualities of each element.
What to Expect in Class
Slow, repetitive, and intuitive movement
Pelvis-focused motion that awakens sensation and flow
Music-supported movement journeys
Periods of stillness and integration
Minimal verbal instruction, no lectures
Emphasis on internal awareness rather than external form
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify freely, and rest whenever needed.
Why This Practice Is Different
This is not a fitness class.
It is not a technique-driven tantra workshop.
It is not about performing sensuality.
This practice centers:
Embodiment over explanation
Sensation over structure
Presence over performance
Pleasure as a resource to call upon and connect with, not a goal
